Nice and big hotel. The entrance is very impressive. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was nice, but not very big. Nice balcony with view over Trang. Great restaurant as well.

Good standard of hotel accommodation with friendly staff on the edge of Trang town. There was a large shopping complex close by but the smart hotel did look a bit out of place with the rest of the slightly scruffy edge of town . There was a range of food stalls outside which we enjoyed. We did start to walk a bit further down the road but did feel a bit uneasy as it was not well lit and so waited til the next day to visit the shopping centre.

Big room with 4 balconies giving a nice view of the city. Nice bed with many nice pillows. The breakfast was good with many options. A lot of staff just to give you what you want. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looks sooo nice!!! We had problems with the aircondition one night, but when we informed the hotel they fixed it right away. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Friendly and competent staff. Building not new but well maintained and room very clean. Good hot shower. Breakfast buffet provided enough choice of Thai or international breakfast options.

the hotel is in a very nice location, close to greenery. the rooms are large and very nicely decorated. they clean every day. the hotel has an excellent spa offering good massages, a fitness center and an outdoor pool where you can relax and swim. the staff is very friendly.

a pit stop for us when driving back to Malaysia..Trang city is a bit calmy..just not many places can visit (for now Dec 2024)..for me its good..

Wonderful hotel with kind and friendly staff, amazing swimming pool (also has tennis courts, fitness and spa which we did not use but looked pretty good). Nice restaurants with very good food. Good breakfast and again superb staff. Great laundry service. The hotel is walking distance from the Robinson shopping centre and a short tuk-tuk ride from the old town.
